I would like to thank Laura and all her staff, with Smooth Transitions and Armbruster Moving, for making a difficult time easier. My mother recently made the move from her home of 15 years to assisted living. Smooth Transitions made this an easier process in many ways. They assisted in what furniture/belongings would fit best in her new home and where. The movers were extremely efficient and conscientious completing the move out of her old home then into the new in a timely manner and under budget too.
I recommend them for any of your moving needs and plan to use them in the future. I rated everyone involved an A+ !!!

Excellent communication and personalized service
The kindness and patience shown to my parents was priceless. What I liked most was the personalized service. That there was one consistent person who came to the home to help. I also appreciated the excellent communication via emails. I could not be there physically and it helped to keep up-to-date as to what was going on.

Arrangement of a multi-state shipment and clean-out

They moved my parents out of state, arranged for the shipment of items to seven different family members and coordinated the liquidation and clean out of their house (in which they had lived for over 55 years) all within 3 weeks.
